New taxation 2010
Within the 2010 - 2011 budget, the federal government has modified the company cars' taxation.
The modifications in the taxation, which are effective since January 1, 2010, are related to 3 areas:
1. the fiscal deductibility for company cars
2. the fiscal deductibility for fuel expenses
3. the benefit in kind for the drivers
It only concerns personal cars and not utility vehicles (company vehicles).
