Do I have to pay an excess if my vehicle is damaged?

You don't need to pay an excess in the event of an accident where you are not at fault. If you have an accident where you are at fault or where there is no third party involved, you can consult your employer's Car Policy to find out the amount of excess you have to pay.

Who is permitted to drive the vehicle?

Read the regulations set out in your employer's Car Policy. As far as Arval is concerned, anyone with a full driving license is permitted to drive the vehicle.
