Arval Belgium honors 15 partners at the 9th edition of the Arval Awards

Leasing company Arval Belgium honoured its best partners yesterday evening during the 9th edition of the Arval Awards. A total of 15 awards were handed out for exceptional performance across four categories: new vehicles, after-sales service, bodywork and multi-brand service, alongside prizes for the highest driver satisfaction.

The Arval Awards were established in 2017 and recognise quality, collaboration and customer satisfaction. Following previous editions at venues including the Brabantse Golf and Living Tomorrow, this year’s event was held at the Domaine W vineyard in Saintes. And that’s not all: during the reception, two mentalists mingled with the guests, creating the illusion that they possessed extraordinary mental abilities.

The winners, however, are no illusion. They are selected on an objective basis using the Arval Partner Rating, which examines criteria such as repair quality, communication, service levels and direct feedback from drivers.
