If you are in possession of an ALFEN charging station at home and wish to take a subscription with another supplier (other than Numobi or Luminus), you will need a document “Transfer of Management Rights”.
If your new car is leased via Arval, this document must not be completed.
You may select the document from the supplier who has managed your charging station via this link.
In this document, you fill in the station ID (this is also noted on the document transfer of ownership) and you provide this document to your new supplier.
