What is My Arval?
My Arval is an overarching platform that provides access to our main reporting tools and all information about your fleet. Your My Arval inbox consolidates all digital communication with us.
With My Fleet Status from My Arval, you have real-time insight into the status of your fleet. This online tool offers various reporting options to easily manage your fleet and gain immediate insight into the Total Cost of Ownership. You can set authorization levels for the fleet manager and the financial contact. My Fleet Status is available anytime and anywhere, on any tablet, smartphone, or PC.

- Arval Service Partners: an overview of all available Arval Service Partners with a search option by type of service, brand, location and distance.
- Be Connected: get in touch with your dedicated contact at Arval directly by telephone or e-mail.
- Inbox: your messages from Arval collected in one My Arval inbox. You will be alerted when new documents are available.
- Access: from My Arval you have access to all your online solutions like Arval Fleet View and Arval Connect.
Access to My Arval
Your login credentials give you access to all portals on which you are registered. Once signed in, you simply select the platforms you want to enter.
Authorisation levels
You have the possibility of creating authorisation levels in your Arval online account, allowing you to create different roles within the organisation of your fleet management.
Two levels available
- the fleet manager, authorised to access all data
- the financial contact, authorised to access the invoices
