If the vehicle is not EOC, the price must be communicated exclusively to the account manager

Some guidelines for the account manager

  1. Remarketing provides

    • only the purchase price of the vehicle to be taken over
    • no break-up fee
  2. If it is not an EOC vehicle,
    • the price may only be communicated to the account manager
    • there must be a prior agreement with the customer regarding the cancellation
  3. Termination fee is always charged to the customer and is not settled directly with the driver
  4. No prices are communicated for cars with more than 160,000 km on the odometer
  5. Lease cars less than 1 year in use can only be exceptionally requested with the agreement of the B2C Remarketing manager or in the absence of the Remarketing director
  6. Please note that the entire procedure may take up to 5 weeks (see summary). This is because deadlines for appointments with the technical inspection are currently running high. To best meet that timing, we ask the buyer to make payment no later than 5 weeks before the end of the lease agreement or before the agreed acquisition date.
