The KYC form

The KYC form ("Know Your Customer") is an additional procedure that we, as part of the BNP Paribas Group, have to follow before our partnership can start.

KYC is a process used against money laundering, counter terrorist financing and prevent the violation of sanctions and embargoes.

We ask you to complete the form truthfully and abide by the guidelines listed below.

 

Guidelines

  • Vehicles cannot be definitively ordered before Arval has received the signed framework agreement.

  • The completed and signed framework agreement may be sent by post to Arval, Ikaroslaan 99, 1930 Zaventem.
