Note that the prices indicated in the webshop do not yet take into account the discounts you are entitled to. As an employee (or family member of an employee) of Arval, you will receive the following discount on the monthly private lease price (including VAT) for the duration of the private lease:

  • €25 monthly discount (incl. VAT) for a monthly lease price (incl. VAT) up to €350
  • €30 monthly discount (incl. VAT) for a monthly lease price (incl. VAT) from €351 up to €500
  • €35 monthly discount (incl. VAT) for a monthly lease price (incl. VAT) from €501 up to €700
  • €45 monthly discount (incl. VAT) for a or a monthly lease price (incl. VAT) of €700 or higher

How does a private lease with Arval Belgium work?

Step 1. Configure your ideal car (new or used): choose the brand, model, colour and extras that suit you.

Step 2. Define your driver profile: state how many kilometres you drive per year and how long you want the contract to last.

Step 3. Choose your service plan: choose the services that suit your needs and preferences.

Step 4. Submit your request online and mention “Arval” as your employer after your last name (e.g. “Janssens – Arval”)

Step 5. After submitting, you will be contacted by one of our Arval Belgium mobility experts, who will make sure that all your needs and preferences are met. Make sure you communicate your staff number (or that of your family member) to this expert. This benefit is exclusively available to employees (or family members of employees) of Arval Belgium

Step 6. After this, you will receive a price proposal that includes all your discounts

Who is the product for?

The B2B2E operational lease is intended to employees (only internal employees) of the Arval Belgium SA/NV client (hereinafter "Employee") or members of the Employee's family, residing in Belgium. This webpage does not constitute an offer and is not binding or contractual. A leasing contract will only be concluded after acceptance of your application by the lessor, Arval Belgium SA/NV and will always be subject to its Private Lease Terms and Conditions.

Promotional conditions

Conditions for the application of price reductions ("B2B2E" action) (a)

Only Employees or members of the Employee's family, residing in Belgium, can benefit from the reductions indicated in the flyer. The reductions indicated in the flyer will consist of the applicability of a monthly reduction (including VAT) on the price of the monthly rental amount during the term of the Private Lease agreement. Promotion valid only in Belgium for applications submitted before 31/12/2026.

Description of the operational leasing conditions

The monthly lease prices mentioned are indicative and subject to changes in taxation, interest rates and the vehicle’s catalogue price. They also depend on the vehicle’s changed options, configuration and equipment.

The monthly cost of a lease agreement for a Top Deal vehicle is calculated according to the agreed contractual term (between 25 and 60 months) and annual mileage and includes: maintenance, repairs, unlimited summer tyres in case of normal use/wear and tear, registration tax (TMC), road tax, depreciation and interest, European assistance service, a replacement vehicle in case of immobilisation of more than 24 hours, Perfecta service (Arval Belgium SA/NV covers the risk of damage to the vehicle, total loss or theft) with own risk (lump sum) to be paid by the renter and insurance**.

Not included in the monthly lease: energy and/or fuel costs and traffic fines. The CO2 levels are also indicative and depend on the chosen options and/or the data provided by the manufacturer. At the end of the lease agreement, the mileage will be settled at the last contractually agreed price. In the event of early termination of the lease agreement, a fixed sum corresponding to 30% of the total amount of the outstanding rent will be charged.

** Third-party liability insurance, legal protection insurance and driver's insurance are included in the monthly lease price when taken out by Arval Belgium SA/NV, in the name and on behalf of the lessee. Arval Belgium SA/NV is registered as an ancillary insurance intermediary with the Financial Services and Markets Authority (FSMA - www.FSMA.be) under number 0436.781.102. These insurance policies can also be taken out with the insurer of your choice. Third-party liability insurance is required by law.

The estimated delivery time of the vehicle depends on its availability from the manufacturer and/or the importer, and/or on the equipment and/or the chosen configuration.
