- Once you agree, we will carry out a few mandatory checks, such as a credit analysis and verification of your ID card and driving license. This way, you can be confident that everything is handled correctly and securely. If you’re a starting entrepreneur, we may also ask for a financial or business plan and your two latest tax returns.
- Everything approved? Then we finalise the contract and order your car.

Operational Leasing is a long-term operational lease of vehicles, without a purchase option, to professionals, offered by the lessor, Arval Belgium SA/NV, located at Ikaroslaan 99, 1930, Zaventem, Brussels Register of Companies VAT BE 0436.781.102, www.arval.be, retail@arval.be, BNP Paribas Fortis IBAN BE54 0016 0303 1797- BIC GEBABEBB, with the involvement of BNP Paribas Fortis SA/NV, Montagne du Parc 3, B-1000 Brussels, Brussels Register of Companies VAT BE 0403.199.702.
Action only valid in Belgium from 01/11/2025 to 14/03/2026 (inclusive). A price proposal must be requested during the promotion period, and the lease contract must be signed within 5 days of Arval Belgium’s approval of your application. This action cannot be combined with other actions.
The action consists of a €15/month discount (inc. VAT) on operational leasing requested through one of our advisors. It means that the monthly discount of 15 euros (VAT included) will apply to the monthly price lease during all the leasing contract. This action is valid for a new or used vehicle and for the entire duration of the leasing contract.
This action is reserved for professional clients (self-employed, liberal professions and SME clients) of Securex.
The monthly rent is calculated according to the contractual term (between 25 and 60 months) and the agreed annual mileage and includes: maintenance, repairs, unlimited summer and winter tyres in the case of normal use/wear and tear, registration tax (TMC), road tax, depreciation and interest, European roadside assistance, a replacement vehicle in the event of immobilisation for more than 24 hours, the Perfecta service (coverage by Arval Belgium SA/NV of the risk of damage to the vehicle, total loss or theft) with an excess (flat rate) payable by the leaseholder and insurance **.
Not included in the monthly rent: energy and/or fuel costs and traffic fines. CO2 levels are also for information only and depend on the options chosen and/or the data provided by the manufacturer. At the end of the contract, the mileage will be settled at the last contractually agreed price. In the event of early termination of the Lease Agreement, a fixed sum calculated on the basis of the last daily price (as agreed in the contract) will be charged.
(**) Third-party car insurance, legal expenses insurance and driver insurance are included in the monthly rental price when they are taken out by Arval Belgium SA/NV, in the name and on behalf of the leaseholder. Arval Belgium SA/NV is registered as an ancillary insurance intermediary with the Financial Services and Markets Authority (FSMA – www.FSMA.be) under number0436.781.102. Such insurance may also be underwritten by an insurer of your choice. Third-party insurance is required by law.
The estimated delivery time of the vehicle depends on its availability from the manufacturer and/or the importer, and/or on the equipment and/or the chosen configuration.
