Professional mix

Driven by the desire to increase the number of women in management positions by providing them with the necessary tools to develop their skills, Arval recently launched a new career program (via nomination): 'Women in Action'.

Flexible working

The benefits of teleworking are well proven (efficiency, autonomy, well-being, etc.). At Arval, we are also convinced that offering the option to telework for almost all our positions is a real advantage, all within a flexible schedule.

Stress prevention

At the beginning of 2017, we signed the European Social Charter 'Agreement on Work-Related Stress', a way to detect, analyze stress factors, and take the necessary actions. This is in addition to our local and global internal satisfaction survey "Arval Pulse".

We believe that a healthy body is important for a healthy mind. Our office spaces are therefore equipped with a fitness room and showers to encourage exercising as much as possible. Other sports activities, such as our participation in the 20 km of Brussels, are also organized.
