Arval Mobility Link consists of three modules:
Reimbursement of Travel Expenses
The Reimbursement of Travel Expenses module is suitable for all employees who do not have a personal lease car or mobility budget.
Arval Mobility Link enables your employees to submit their claims with the minimum of fuss. These claims could, for example, be for parking fees or money spent on using public transport.
Dynamic Lease Budget
The Dynamic Lease Budget module is suitable for all of your employees who have a personal lease car. The automatic route recorder gives you an overview of the costs you incur for each employee. You can then positively influence the travel behaviour of your employees with the aid of financial incentives.
For example, you could encourage employees to adopt economical driving styles, refuel at reasonably priced petrol stations or be more conscious of using the lease car for private reasons. Then, if this results in better overall travel behaviour among your employees, they receive a bonus.
The Mobility Budget module is suitable for all of your employees, whether they have a personal lease car or not. You set the budget limit per employee and the degree of freedom that your employees have to choose between travel options.
By making your employees responsible for their own budget, you give them the freedom to shape mobility in their own way while you maintain an overview of all mobility costs.
The Arval Mobility Link online platform and the mobile application help you to implement your mobility policy with the minimum of fuss. Arval Mobility Link supports all of the above mobility schemes. All employees have access to the online platform via a personal account. Both you and your employees can therefore view the costs and CO2 emissions resulting from their travel behaviour – any time, anywhere.
