In addition to this offering of insurances Arval provides a solution in the case of damages to the vehicle. In the event of claim or theft of the vehicle Arval will take charge of costs according to the terms and conditions of the Perfecta service. In some cases a fixed amount (own risk) may be charged to the lessee.

When something happens, Arval is here for your drivers, making sure they are safe. Arval provides coordination with roadside assistance 24 / 7 / 365 in case help is required: towing, advice or emergency call, etc.
