How to order with Private Lease
The simplicity of Private Leasing starts with the ordering process.
Step 1. Select and configure your vehicle online
In our range, you can choose from different brands. You will find small city cars, larger cars and SUVs. Depending on the model, you can also choose from a range of colours. Choose a contract period of between 25 and 72 months, set the annual mileage alllowance and choose the service package that best fits your needs. If you wish, you can also send us a dealer quotation, and we will prepare a tailor-made leasing proposal.
Step 2. An Arval Mobility Expert will contact you
After confirming your request, one of our Arval Mobility experts will contact you as soon as possible to work out all the details and provide you with the pre-contractual information and a quote.
Step 3. Agreement of the price
If you accept our proposal, please confirm your agreement by replying to the email you will receive containing the price quotation and the pre-contractual terms and conditions.
We would also kindly ask you to return the documents containing the pre-contractual terms and conditions (attached to this email), initialled on each page and signed on the last page.
Step 4. Assessment of leasing as a financing option
for your mobility
As part of finalizing the Lease Agreement with you, we verify that you meet the required KYC (Know You Customer) acceptance criteria to ensure compliance with KYC procedures.
We also confirm that you (or if, applicable, the authorized driver) hold a valid, permanent Belgian driving license of the appropriate category for the vehicle.
In addition, a credit analysis is carried out to confirm that the leasing solution aligns with your financial situation: this enables us to ensure that your lease complies with the applicable regulations.
Step 5. Signature and order
As soon as everything has been correctly received by us and your application has been approved by us, you will receive your lease contract, the general terms and conditions and the direct debit mandate via Docusign, our digital signing platform. The documents can easily be reviewed and signed online, directly from your computer or smartphone.
Your signature at the end of the Lease Agreement confirms your acceptance of the lease and its General Terms, binding you contractually.
Once the documents are digitally signed, we will immediately place the order for your vehicle, and you can track its status through the My Arval app.
