Why is Justlease changing its name to Arval?

The car leasing market leader Arval acquired Justlease in 2023. This name change completes the integration of both brands and enables us to operate under one strong brand name.


Will this change affect my current lease agreement?

No, your current lease agreement will remain unaffected. All conditions and agreements remain the same. Only the brand name is changing to Arval.


Will the rates or conditions of my lease contract change?

No, the rates or conditions of your lease contract are unaffected by this name change. The terms and conditions that were agreed when you signed the lease contract continue to apply.


What about my deposit?

If you paid a deposit to Justlease when you signed your lease agreement, Arval Belgium will take over this deposit, together with your Justlease agreement. Arval Belgium will hold this amount to guarantee that your lease agreement obligations are met and may use it to cover any unpaid sums that you owe us now or in the future under the lease agreement. However, the amount of the guarantee should remain the same throughout the entire term.

The deposit amount will be deducted from the result of the inspection which includes acceptable ‘use’ damage and unacceptable damage to the vehicle when it is returned at the end of the leasing contract, or will be refunded to you in full, provided that all amounts due and payable have been received.


How shall we communicate after the Arval name change?

After the Arval name change, all e-mails, invoices and other communications will carry the name Arval rather than that of Justlease.


What about your contact information in the My Leez app?

Our contact details in your My Leez app will change automatically. No action is required on your part. You can always contact us from the app. If you also saved our contact details elsewhere, please modify them as follows:

Shall I receive the same service from Arval as I did from Justlease?

Yes, you can expect the same excellent service and support as you received from Justlease. Our name is changing to Arval, but our commitment to you remains unchanged.


Can I access to the same benefits and services under the Arval name?

Yes, you can still access to the same benefits and services from Arval as you did from Justlease. The products and services that we provide have not changed.


Is there any specific action that I need to take as a result of this name change?

No, you do not need to take any action as a result of this name change. Your lease agreement remains unchanged and no action is required on your part.

Our contact details in your My Leez app will change automatically, so you do not need to modify anything yourself. You can always contact us from the app. If you also saved our contact details elsewhere, please modify them as follows:

What about my current payments and invoices now that you are continuing under the name Arval?

Your current payments and invoices will not be affected by the name change. We shall continue to process them as usual as Arval.


Will my customer data be automatically transferred to your new system under the name Arval?

Yes, we shall ensure that your customer data is automatically transferred to our new system after the name change. No action is required on your part.
