Where can I use my fuel card to fill up?

If you have an Arval NFC fuel card, you can fill up with Esso, Shell, Total and Q8. This covers around 1.400 petrol stations in Belgium. If you have a Total fuel card, you can only fill up at Total petrol stations.

How can I declare expenses?

Through this expense note you can, in case your contract includes fuel, charge your fuel costs to Arval. For any other costs, such as maintenance or repair, you first have to contact Arval.

I forgot the PIN code for my fuel card. What should I do?

Get in touch with Arval Driver Care. For security reasons, we will never issue your PIN code over the phone; we will always send it via email instead.

My fuel card has been frozen. What should I do?

When your card is frozen, it remains unusable for 24 hours. After that, the card automatically comes back into use. Forgot your PIN code? Please get in touch with Arval Driver Care. We will send your PIN code to the email address registered to your vehicle. For security reasons, we will never issue your PIN code over the phone.

I lost my fuel card. What should I do?

Please contact Cardstop as soon as possible on +32 (0)70 344 344. After that, please notify Arval Driver Care so we can order you a new fuel card.

I ordered a new fuel card. When will I receive it?

It should arrive within ten working days. Please contact Arval Driver Care if nothing shows up after two weeks.

I received my new fuel card. What should I do with the old one?

Your old fuel card can be disposed of when you receive a new one.

I'm driving a replacement vehicle. Can I use my fuel card for this vehicle too?

Yes, you can use your fuel card for your replacement vehicle. When doing so,please enter '1' when stating the mileage.
