Arval Belgium recognises 15 partners during 8th edition of the Arval Awards

Earlier this week, leasing company Arval Belgium recognised its best partners during the 8th edition of the Arval Awards, which took place in Living Tomorrow in Vilvoorde. In total, 15 awards were handed out for exceptional performance in four categories: new vehicles, bodywork, after-sales service, and multi-brand service. The prize for highest driver satisfaction was also awarded.

For the 8th year in a row, Arval Belgium organised the ‘Arval Awards’. The company uses these awards, and the corresponding evening event, to thank and showcase the partners who have delivered outstanding performances over the past year.

The Arval Awards are a recognition of quality, collaboration and customer satisfaction, based on the results of the Arval Partner Rating. This reviews areas such as repair quality, communications, service level and satisfaction among drivers.

Arval also evaluates the dealerships on quality and service, in line with the Arval Network Strategy, which was introduced in 2022. Specifically, this strategy ensures that drivers can always rely on a reliable and recognised Arval partner in their neighbourhood.

For the third year in a row, the ‘Best Driver Satisfaction’ award was also presented; this places a particular focus on customer satisfaction.
