Employee Mobility Survey: "Comprehensive mobility package keeps talent with companies and attracts new employees"

The presence of a mobility offer is a determining factor in choosing an employer for seven out of ten employees surveyed in Belgium. This emerges from a European survey of private sector employees conducted by the Arval Mobility Observatory. The survey gauges employees' work-related travel behavior and their expectations in terms of mobility.
