What do I need to do when handing in my vehicle?

The vehicle needs to be delivered in good condition together with all official documents, accessories and keys. The vehicle should be handed in with summer tyres, except during the period between 1 October and 1 May. It is not necessary to fill up the fuel tank.

Do I still need to change my tyres before handing in the vehicle?

The vehicle can be handed in with summer tyres at any time. The vehicle can also be handed in with winter tyres from 1 October until 31 March.

What is a remote inspection?

A remote inspection involves an independent vehicle damage specialist examining your vehicle for any damage at the end of the contract. This is contractually agreed with your employer. The inspection will take place at a time and location that suits you.

How do I request a remote inspection?

You can do so by contacting Arval Driver Care. Please allow for five working days when making an appointment with the garage for the delivery of your vehicle. This period is required in order to arrange the inspection.
